Administrative assistant for events organization

Context & Job description

As part of a team of 3 secretaries, you will participate in the day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Experiments Division. In particular, you will:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to the Groups
  • Organise events (seminars, meetings, workshop, conferences) in coordination with the other Division secretaries
  • Assist in the preparation, typing and formatting of documents and reports

Expected profile

  • You should hold a higher education degree (BSc, Licence, HND, HNC, BTS, DUT, Bachelor, Meister, Vordiplom, Perito, Laurea Triennale, Diplomatura, Ingenieria Técnica or equivalent) in a domain such as bilingual assistant
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience
  • Good knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Well-organized and methodical approach to work
  • Capability to work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills together with team spirit
  • Proficiency in English (working language at the ESRF), together with a good knowledge of French

Working conditions

Time-limited contract 12 months. Full time position. A 80% part time is possible.

The salary will be calculated on the basis of relevant qualifications and professional experience.
