Assistant to Finance Service

Context & Job description

Within the Finance Service and under the supervision of the Head of the Service, you will be in charge of administrative and general secretarial tasks (both in English and French languages), in particular :

  • Support to the Head of Finance in the preparation of the financial documents.
  • Support to the preparation and follow-up of the documents to be submitted to the Management Board.
  • Logistics and administrative support to the organisation of the meeting (2 per year) of the Administrative and Finance Committee (AFC). Secretary to the AFC, including the taking of notes and the preparation of the minutes.
  • Regular Operational tasks linked to the functioning of the mission of the Service (preparation and follow-up of calls for funds, relations with external bodies...).
  • Occasional support to the 3 Units of the Finance Service on administrative operational tasks.
  • Other general administrative tasks.

Expected profile

  • Secondary education diploma (BTS, HNC, Bachelor, or equivalent diploma worth 120 ECTS to 180 ECTS).
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
  • Strong skills in the use of computing tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.) and ease of use of new administrative technologies (ability to learn the use of different computing platforms).
  • Ability to organise the work according to the various priorities, well-organised, flexible and adaptable, discretion/maintaining confidentiality, teamwork at all levels, ability to work autonomously and take initiatives, good communication skills are essential, including diplomacy.
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English and French.

Working conditions

Permanent Contract.

The salary will be calculated on the basis of relevant qualifications and professional experience.
