The Experiments Division Group Assistant is in charge of the administrative operation of the Group and the organization of events.
Missions:
- Provide administrative assistance for the operation of the Experiments Division Groups
- Organize events (seminars, meetings, workshops and conferences) in coordination with the other Division Assistants
- Provide administrative support to the Group Heads
- Organization of group meetings
- Writing up meeting minutes
- Preparation, typing and formatting of documents and reports
- Assistance to newcomers
- Updating of the groups' web-pages both internally and externally
