Assistant for Human Resource Management Service

Context & Job description

As part of a temporary replacement, you will join the Human Resource Management Service and will be involved in the following tasks:

  • Support to the management of young people – trainees, sandwich courses, summer jobs. This includes the issuing of internship agreements, of letters of invitation, internship certificates, etc.
  • Liaison with the schools/university and with the internal stakeholders.
  • Other missions to support support to other activities in the Human Resources Management Service.

Expected profile

  • Academic degree (Bachelor or equivalent diploma worth 120 ECTS) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong command of administrative tools and office software (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Proficiency in English, which is the working language at the ESRF.

Working conditions

Temporary contract.

The salary will be calculated on the basis of relevant qualifications and professional experience.
