- Post-doctoral fellow (f/m) on ID15A in the X-Ray Diffraction & Scattering group
The main scientific focus of ID15A is materials chemistry, with particular emphasis on battery science, catalysis, and the investigation of glasses and other disordered systems. The beamline’s core techniques are high-speed multidimensional X-ray diffraction and total scattering, supported by state-of-the-art instrumentation that provides unique research opportunities. ID15A is specifically optimized for operando and in situ experiments using high-energy X-rays in the 40–100 keV range.
You will be encouraged and supported to conduct outstanding research by leveraging the beamline fast-scanning and in-situ/operando capabilities. You will also support users at ID15A and collaborate with beamline staff. You will develop innovative projects using X-ray diffraction techniques.
